Is diving right for me?

Yes! Diving opens the door to a whole new world.

I heard I can fail, is that true?

Not really, while it is possible not to pass the first time, if you put the work in to improving any areas that need more practice you will pass.

Why train in Monterey?

The adage “if you can dive Monterey you can dive anywhere” holds true. Monterey is not your typical warm tropical dive site with amazing visibility. Learning in a more challenging environment will better prepare you for real world diving. We strongly believe in train hard play easy, meaning if you train and learn in the hard environment you will have a much easier and more fun time at a less challenging dive site.

How cold is the water?

That depends on the season. In the winter we typically have an air temp that is chilly, but the water is warmer. Ok, not Hawaii warm…. the typical winter water temp. is in the high 50’s to low 60’s (12-16c). In contrast during the summer we have cold upwellings so our water temp. is chilly, usually in the mid to low 50’s and sometimes the high 40’s (8-12c) below the thermocline!

What is your refund policy?

Once class begins all fees become non-refundable. Class fees may be transferred to another date with at least 48hrs notice, each transfer after the first will incur a reschedule fee. More information is available here: Policy

Venmo, Cash, Check, PayPal (buyer pays fees), and Credit Card ($25 processing and convince fee added)
